Cho has been open since January 6th 2014, co-owners Brandon Pinchuk, Nicholas D'Onofrio and Richard Sia are very proud of their growing restaurant. Located in St-Henri are of Montreal, Cho serves up a delicious seasonal menu full of fresh seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes. With renown chefs in their kitchen and their inspired menu Cho is all about quality produced that patrons keep coming back for.
Nicholas D'Onofrio also has deep roots in the Montreal food scene running the kitchens of Bice, Cavalli, Otto and most recently Osteria Venti. Nick's rich experience stems from his travels in Europe where he mastered his culinary skills at a number of renowned kitchens most notably Nobu, Jamie Oliver's Fifteen as well as priceless internships with Gordon Ramsey at Claridges and Royal Hospital Road. Nick now brings his exquisite technique and exceptional pallet to Cho where he elevates our comforting dishes with the refinement from such prestigious culinary upbringing.
